Today's workout was a 6 mile run and weights. I couldn't make myself run on the treadmill two days in a row so the plan was to meet one of the runner girls and run to the gym then catch a ride home from another of the runner girls. It sounded like a great plan. But for some reason I calculated our time based on 5 miles instead of 6 and then was running a few minutes late this morning so it didn't end up working seamlessly like I planned. Luckily, our ride didn't have to leave right on-time so I could still get some weight lifting in. With as much as I run you'd think I could do the math right!!
