I saw this on Pinterest this morning and I love it! The best way for me to get through the stress and food of the holidays is by keeping up my workouts. I know that some of my runs won't get done during the week of the holidays and I'm not going to let that freak me out.
Since both JEarl and I are off work for the next 2 weeks, I going to shoot for walking 15,000 steps a day. Gotta stay ahead of all the Christmas goodies & ham. You are such an inspiration to me dear lady!
