Today I taught spin and I even went an extra 10 minutes just so I could burn off extra calories. I love starting holidays or birthdays with a good workout. If I do that then I don't feel guilty the rest of the day when I eat a few treats. For me it's easier to workout a little harder than to not have a treat or two on holidays when they are everywhere.
Ditto! I kicked my own butt doing intervals on the elliptical this morning, because I made your Mexican cheesecake for Eric for tonight! And I am having a piece!!!
